I have very little counter space in my home and needed a good place to secure my knives, other than a drawer, where they would be handy. This product fits the bill. It gives me access to my knives without having to cross the room to the drawer or taking up counter space.

The under the cabinet knife block is easy to install and frees up counterspace which is a real plus. It is attractive and safely holds up to 8 knifes out of reach of small hands .

I bought the Wusthof Under Cabinet Knife Block, without a doubt its the most well thought out kitchen aide and the best made. My husband installed it without a problem and he was impressed. We just finished renovating our kitchen and I was obsessing about where I could put my kitchen knives. I was doing an online search when I found this. I had the standard magnitized bar for my knives but with new cabinets and a tiled back splash I didn't want to damage them. This under cabinet idea is brilliant. It swivels out of the way and its just perfect. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The magnets inside allowed hanging on side of cabinet and tilting to access the knife handles. A correct size drill bit and screws are included for easy installation. The ball bearing base allows for easy access. Block is nice size to fit into a normal kitchen. Very reasonably priced.

When I saw my niece's Wushof ball-bearing swivel under-cabinet knife rack, I had to have one.
My non-adjustable shelf height space wasn't high enough to allow a drill, so I had to improvise a bit in installing it. No problem though; it was well worth the extra step.
It's an attractive, high quality and useful product.
What more can I say?

Just redid granite countertops. Didn't want any "clutter" so beauty of granite would show. This product accomplished this yet the knives are still so convenient. Only negative is that I wish it had slots for more knives.

Excellent product. Performs just as expected. Template is out of line with holes in spacing blocks. I used a ball point pen ink filler to reach through the block holes and make a mark on the template. That resolved the problem.

This item was easy to install and holds knives well. It is a must for anyone who is tired of taking up counter or drawer space and really puts the knives at the level you need to use them. I strongly recommend.
The mounting kit even comes with the right size drill bit so installation was a breeze.
It might be a challenge to dust and keep clean, but what knife block isn't?

This purchase is for our daughter because we SO love the one we've had for over 20 years!! With limited counter space, this is the perfect solution to keeping your valuable knives safe from harm and little ones' hands. It practically disappears until you swing it out to access a knife. I highly recommend it.

The overall product is okay but does have a couple of problems. First the template that comes with the product to line up and drill holes through the bottom of your cabinet is no where even near to being accurate. Who ever passed this on to the consumer should be talked too. Luckliy I read a previous review so put the template on the box found where the holes were & remarked the template before drilling. If I had not there is no telling how many holes I would have drilled to get the holes to line up. Second the magnets holding the blades could be just a little bit stronger. And last the turntable does not need to be as off set as it is. This would keep the whole unit from sagging when filled with knives as the handles are heavy sticking out.

The block was easy to install under the cabinet, although the template for drilling holes in the cabinet was wrong, so just double check before drilling.

Well designed & nicely finished piece that fits well under a cabinet. Installation was simple and all hardware was supplied. The only odd thing was that the drilling template did not line up with the holes in the bracket. It was not an issue, but you should double check before you drill holes in your cainetry.

I'm very happy with the under-cabinet knife block. It's a good space-saver in our small kitchen. It's well built and easy to install. The rotating mount is a great feature; to move things out of the way or back for easy access. All of our (non-Wusthof) knives fit well except for one - and for that, I wish the block had some magnets inside.

My kitchen isn't very large. So I purchased an under the cabinet knife block to free up some counter space. It look nice under the cabinet. The only problem is that we have stainless steel knives and the handles are heavier than the wood ones so the holder tips to the handle end. I tried to alternate the direction of the handles but that didn't work because of limited space under the cabinet. I guess we will have to live with it tipped a little unless someone knows how to remedy the problem.
