I gave this as a birthday gift to my boyfriend and he honestly said it was the best gift he's ever gotten. It slices, it dices, and most importantly, it can puree 10 cups of mix at a time. We haven't tried all of the attachments yet, but the quality is top notch and it's all dishwasher safe!

If you love to cook or bake, give yourself a treat and purchase a Cuisinart Food Processor. I have been using mine for more than 25 years and cannot imagine being without it. Slicing potatoes, onions, cucumbers, zucchini or any other vegetable or cheese, is quick and easy using the slicing disc, and the grating disc makes grating cheese or zucchini an effortless task. As a matter of fact, I cannot imagine making french onion soup or zucchini bread without using my Cuisinart! There is no better applicance for chopping onions, or any vegetable for that matter. It really makes all kitchen tasks a pleasure - from kneading dough, grating or chopping anything, cutting butter or shortening into flour to just plain mixing ingredients together. And it is invaluable for tasks that take 'muscle', A Cuisinart food processor is one item you will never regret purchasing.

I received my cuisinart for Christmas from my parents after wanting one for years. That was about 5 yers ago. I LOVE tis machine! I use it all the time for chopping, slicing, etc. Making coleslaw is a breeze, along with dinner items like potato pancakes. It takes all the pain out of making dishes like these. And the pizza crust recipe is the best! It can't get easier than this and we NEVER order take out any more. I always keep a couple dough balls in the freezer for quick meals during the week, too! If you know someone getting married or getting their own place, this is the one tool they should not be without. I know as we just got my son and future daughter-in-law one for a shower gift. They were thrilled!

I received my first Cuisinart Food Processor back in 1979, I believe for Christmas. I had just had my second son and it was a god send with making baby foods. I used it to/in canning & freezing of foods. I remember sitting peeling & slicing carrot coins for a whole day so that I could blanch and freeze them the summer prior to getting this wonderful machine. Don't get me wrong, it was worth the work to have all these vegy's in the deep freeze. I also use mine to make large quantities of scalloped potatoes and just anything for a large party (wedding receptions, birthdays, ect.). I have since purchased another, the only thing I regret is not getting a larger one. lol I now have grandchildren that I can also use it for. This is the most versitile piece of kitchen equipment I own. I use it for making pasta dough, pie dough, etc., the uses are unlimited. It's wonderful for grating cheeses as well as many other fruits & vegy's. This wonderful machine allows me to make great foods quickly and helps to retain nutrients and also allows me to spend more time with my family in which is really important to me. I always tell people that this is the best brand food processor to purchase and I truly believe this, from experience. I did have a different model at one time and was NOT at all happy with it. I gave it away and bought the Cuisinart I have now. :) I always tell people I know that are looking to purchase a food processor that I know, for fact, from experience, this is the best processor to own. I also love the two big button/flaps that you use to control it. Love it, Love it, Love it. Thats all I can say. :)

I got mine for Christmas of 2007. I wonder how I got by without it for so may years! I love my food processor and Cuisinart was the only brand I would have. Its a "must have" for the kitchen. It does so much and it is so easy to clean!

Cuisinart set the industry standard thirty years ago, and it's just as good now as it was then. It will chop, slice, knead, grate, whip, blend ---whatever you want. It is heavy-duty and powerful, easy to clean, and versatile. The Lexan bowl is truly unbreakable; I've dropped the top many times with no ill effects. While it is possible to change the feed tube size, it isn't easy to use the larger tube. It's hard to get the parts lined up correctly with large pieces of food inside the tube, but once you do, it takes seconds to prepare a workbowl full of cabbage or whatever. No kitchen should be without this marvelous tool.

We recieved a Cuisinart Processor as a wedding gift nearly 34 yrs ago. It went bad after more than 25 years of use. I purchased an off brand of processor, I didnt like it from the beginning. It didnt last long either. I just love the new processor..the larger size works for everything i need and doesn't take nearly the storage space.

I have used a classic Cuisinart food processor for many years. It does everything from kneading the bread dough to making perfect light breadcrumbs. I bought this one for my daughter. She loves it already. I'm sure there are other food processors, but when you can have the best at a reasonable price, why would you even think of buying anything else!
In the kitchen, I'm never without: Good knives.

I absolutely love this machine. It has made my life so much easier. It is easy to operate and breezes through everything. Well worth the money. The only con I have is I wish the cord was longer.

I purchased the Cuisinart Food Processor for my daughter-in-law. She is an avid cook, and having owned one just like it for several years, I knew it would be just what she wanted. And she didn't disappoint me. The first time she used it, she called to tell me how delighted she was. This is one great machine.

I purchased this unit because I lost my small cuisinart processor in a divorce. I used that thing as if it were a third hand. I make pizza, bread process meats and vegetables and pies. The likely choice was to buy this unit, at a web site that ships free and has everything I need at sale prices.

This machine is one of the great kitchen inventions of all time, as many amateur chefs would agree. Yes, it's a bit of a pain to clean but it does amazing things before getting dirty. Happily, one can still buy this classic model from Chefs and say "no" to the bulky, over-designed stainless steel options on most store shelves.

I have had my Cuisinart only for about a week and have used it many times aklready! I really like the quality and speed of the product. Slices and shreds in seconds. Unlike previous food processors i have owned, it is very quiet. i highly reccomend this 11 cup model to anybody who does a lot of cooking like myself!
I ended up purchasing the blade storage kit seperatly, glad I did to keep everything organized,

If you like to cook and you don't have a Cuisinart, you probably need one. It's a great tool. It doesn't make the food you prepare taste better, it just makes preparing it easier. It chops, it purees, it even kneads dough. It is so simple to use and it is a great time saver. It does what it does every well, and I've been using one since the early 1980s. The Cuisinart I just purchased from CHEFS is my third. The hard plastic that covered the vertical shaft on my previous Cuisinart (15 years old) had been cracked for some time and finally broke off a couple of weeks ago -- fortunately just as my pasta dough had become the right consistency. No problem - I just tossed the old one and ordered a new one online from CHEFS. About a week later I was back in business, now with two bowls and two blades for those times when I'm cooking and don't want to take the time to wash out a bowl and blade to make something else. Of all the electric kitchen gadgets on the market, I think a Cuisinart is one of the very few necessities.

Pie crust is a snap in this baby! Just a snap and it's done, just remember not to overwork or it will be tough! The pizza dough is no problem either! The only thing I don't like is the food chute has to be inserted before it will run, and it can sometimes (more than not) be diffacult getting the chute down far enough for the motor to click on. I do wish they would make a food prcessor without this "safety device", as I'm sure it would make life a lot easier! But as a whole, it is a great product and I am glad I boought it as it can withstand the use I put it through, and that is a lot! I like the attachments too, as I buy cheese in the block (usually cheaper) and grate it myself the throw it in the freezer, makes it alot handier. And cabbage for the coleslaw is no problem. I really have saved alot of time with this prduct, should have bought it a long time ago!
