Wusthof Knives
June 2, 2008 Wynsomfrom Issaquah, WA
"Don't think twice, just do it. The 10" Chefs' knife is the handiest piece of cutlery made. Sharpen it periodically with a few swift strokes of the steel. You can get it sharp as a razor if you crave that, but it's not necessary. I favor the boning knife and the 4" paring knife as the most useful companions. Get the fork, it is pricey, but will put a smile on your face every time you reach for it. Use it to stab a tomato, hold it over the gas flame, slice it in nice, thick slabs and serve it with the black sprackle still on, balsamic and a few green onion bits or chives."

Worth Every Penny
March 26, 2008 Paulafrom NYC
"I purchased this knife based on the Wusthof reputation for excellent cutlery, and I love it! I can't say enough about it, the craftsmanship is untouched and I have since given away all my other knives (and slowly but surely) replaced them with Wusthof. No knife stays sharp for ever, but this knife has the longest "sharp" life of any knife I have ever owned."
