I love this knife and it has now become my favorite for just about every food slicing job that I have. It's nice and sharp and I so enjoy using it. Will have to start replacing more of my old knives with a few more Wusthof knives.

Extremely pleased with the purchase of my Wusthof Gourmet Chef's Knife. I’m quite particular when it comes to cutlery and I can honestly say this is the best all purpose knife I own.

I have been in need of a good sharp butcher knife for a long time. After pricing the one I wanted several places, CHEF'S had the best price. I was especially glad there was no shipping charge at that time. The order was filled quickly and I actually got the product sooner than I had expected.

Fun , fun , fun... sharp knives are usually something to be desired when preparing food. This blade lived up to everything I was looking for . I would recommend this to all my friends as a thing to have in the kitchen. This is one of the best knives I have.

They don't give you a manual when you pass 70 yrs. old but everything is too heavy, unscrewable and downright tough for weakened hands and muscles...with this marvelous knife I can cut whatever I want for the first time in years! Dicing celery and onions was a delight. When an onion was almost cut through, I simply turned over this beautiful knife and the onion slid down, finishing cutting itself. I feel like a real Chef now!

This was a Christmas gift for my son and his girlfriend who are just starting out. Last time I was there for dinner, they were cutting meat with a butter knife! So they were thrilled to have such a quality gift! I have one of these myself and just love it...a few swipes of a sharpener and it's as good as new

The six-inch size of this great knife is fine for small size jobs as well as larger items. I rely on it for everything. It's still new in my kitchen, but I think it's sturdy enough to last for a very long time. I love it already.

What a pleasure to use this knife. My daughter was liking it just fine as she was using it to cut onions and bell peppers but when she saw the ease and beauty in which it sliced tomatoes she was in awe of it. :)

I'm hardly a chef but have wanted a good six inch Chet's knife for years. Sale got me this one. Knife is sharp, not blade heavy. Blade strikes me as a bit thin And light but perhaps this model was intentionally designed that way. will still be my sharpest and go-to knife.

I bought this for my wife because my chef knives are a bit to big and heavy for her hands. It arrived on time and in excellent condition. She loves it. It fits her hand perfectly, has nice balance and is very sharp.
I tried it a few times and it is a great knife although it''s too small for my hands a bit to light for my liking but, then again, it wasn't purchased for myself.
Most of my knives are Wusthof and if I do purchase another knife in the future, it will certainly be from Wusthof.
