I own one of these already and purchased this as a Christmas present. Perfect for when you just need to prep something small and don't want to lug out the larger food processor.

I have a large food processor but sometimes it is just too large. This one is just the right size for chopping a cup or two.

I'm the ultimate kitchen gadget person... in forty years of cooking I've used the biggest , best, tiny and worst of all kinds of kitchen equipment and have tossed some of each because they may have done the job but, just weren't helpful enough to endure the trouble it took to use them.
The Mini Cuisinart is definitely a "Keeper"! It's perfect for the one of this and two of that ingredients in most recipes. It's easy to control how course or fine you want ... It cleans up with no fuss ... and it fit's on top on my bread box!
Veggies, fruit, eggs, homemade bread crumbs... it's a Whiz!
Get two... your best friend will want one too!

I love my mini chopper.It can chop an onion in less than a minute with no tears,chop coleslaw for 2 or 15 in minutes without a big mess. And cleans up in a flash.This appliance is just as necessary to me as the stove. This is an appliance you will use and use and use!

Cooking for one? Making just one cup of whatever? Is it that moment when the 14-cup processor is jut TOO big and too heavy to lug out of storage? Of course -- and the mini-prep is your answer. I bought this six months ago after wanting one for several years (nobody else took the hint, so I finally treated myself), and now I regret waiting so long! This is just the best kitchen invention. It sits right on my counter, and I use it every day.
Whether it's grating a bit of parmesan, making salsa for one, pureeing some marinated artichokes for dip, grinding a handful of nuts, mincing fresh herbs, any job that I'd otherwise do by hand -- this baby does it for me, and faster. I save my chopping and cutting skills for the big things that really need a knife, which makes cooking easier, quicker, and a lot more fun. Easy to use, easy to clean, handy to have; what more could I want? And it's pretty, sleek, and small enough that I don't mind keeping it on the counter, where it's handy. If it's there, I'm more likely to use it.
I guess you could say that having it there in sight also inspires me to be more creative about making lunch or dinner, which also makes it easier for me to stick to a good, nutritious diet. A winner all around.
Other than my cookware, I'd say the mini-prep and its cousin, the Cuisinart smart stick, are the two kitchen tools I use most often. They just do so much and save me time and effort. Everyone should have one. Don't wait like I did: you'll love it!!!

I've been using one of the frequently for years and it's still works great! I'm so impressed by it's usefulness and durability, I've purchased them for gifts and the recipients love them too!
I use mine to make hummus, pesto, salsas, ground meat, prep ingredients, etc. Only three parts for easy clean up. It's small footprint & built-in cord storage is a plus...keeps it tidy to have on the countertop and/or store in a cabinet. On top of everything else, it's really cute!

This little helper is a dream! Takes up so little space, easy to use, very easy clean up, & it's just too cute on the counter. I've used this for onions, celery, nuts & have had no problems at all. Really debated over this & decided to try it. Family members & friends swear by this unit! I'm getting better at using it. If you're thinking about it, just get it & try it. There are cheaper ones out there, but I prefer to buy something that's going to last me as long as I need it. Very well worth the money, works great, clean up is very easy. The blade is extremely sharp, so keep that in mind. I'm very happy with this & using it more than ever.

This mini food processor saves a lot of time on meal prep. It is great at mincing onion and herbs or anything else small. To mince onions I would recommend first cutting into 8 pieces and then pulse the button to chop it evenly. With this mini-processor I can dice an onion in under a minute rather than it taking 5 minutes or more. All the pieces can go into the dishwasher on the top shelf so clean up is a snap.
Pros: great for chopping onions and other small foods, easy clean up, dishwasher safe
Cons: only chops to one size

This mini processor is a handy supplement to my regular food processor. I use it for chopping small things like garlic and herbs. It doesn't have the capacity to chop , say, a whole onion, so it won't stand in for the regular food processor.

Bread crumbs in a flash? Mixing up a batch of green curry and don't want to chop the garlic and ginger? A quick hummus, salsa or tapenade? This mini processor is a life saver and time saver all in one. I also highly recommend a mini spatula to get all the good stuff out when it's done. I

I absolutely love this mini food processor. i use it for nuts, and other things that need to be diced up. I dont end up cutting myself and the job gets done faster and safer.
