DFP-14BCN : Cuisinart's largest-capacity home food
processor requires less than 1 square foot of counter
space. Can knead up to 3 pounds of bread dough in less
than 2 minutes, mix batter for five 8" cake layers
or dough for about 90 cookies. Large and small feed
tubes for a variety of foods. Simple, user-friendly
controls. Comes with stainless-steel slicing and
shredding discs, stainless-steel chopping blade, plastic
dough blade, spatula, how-to-video and recipe book.
Parts are dishwasher safe; housing wipes clean.

"I knew there was only ONE thing I wanted for Christmas. THIS processor. And I was not disappointed. I love it.
I baked a ton of goodies for Christmas and used this processor for all of the recipes: chopping nuts, mixing dough, pureeing berries......and then turned around and used it for dinner: grating cheese, slicing potatoes, chopping veggies for soup.
It locks in easily, works like a charm and is a cinch to clean. Best food processor I have EVER had!"

"This is a item that all kitchens need. You can use it for small or large groups. I have used this to prepare for as little as two people and for as many as 140 people. It can do almost everything, but cook the food you are preparing. You can slice, dice, mix, or knead all in the same unit. Once again it is an item that every kitchen should have. If you enjoy cooking this item makes it even more enjoyable."

"I have been pining over this exact model for months now. Fortunately for me, my boyfriend bought this for me for Christmas. We immediately went out and bought ingredients for making pesto and hummus. Both have turned out great!
I must say that is all we have made so far, but I am excited to try out more recipes. The booklet comes with a lot of great ideas! I am also super excited that it is able to knead dough.
When thinking about what size to get, definitely go bigger! You never know when you might have a dinner party to attend to. I've been making small amounts in this large size processor, and haven't had any trouble with it. It's better safe than sorry!"

"this has been the best addition to my kitchen forever. i love it so much i bought this stainless model for my best friend that also cannot live without it on her kitchen counter because she also uses it every day. i have had a cuisinart since their first one and when i bought this one, gave that one to my brother and sister-in-law after 25 hard years of use and they used it until it died and she bought the other largest model with the special speed for dough!!!! we are a cuisinart family and i am saving for the 7qt mixer and convection brick oven. they last forever while working better than any other product brand!!!!!!!!"

"Thanks to the great reviews here, I was able to buy this unit knowing all of the pieces would fit with my 25 year old DLC-7 model. I love the improvements Cuisinart has incorporated into the unit and accessories. The pieces fit together very smoothly and it doesn't stick when you go to unlock the bowl from the connections. I broke the plastic on the old bowl just because I couldn't unlock it from the unit. The Cuisinart Food Processor is a must have for all serious cooks, you can make anything. The video is a nice touch; you can see everything being used as well as getting some new recipes. I am always happy with my purchases from Chef's catalog and always order on line with confidence."

"Ah, the joys of using my food processor... Where do I begin???!!! This baby gets used all the time in my house -- shredding cheese (done in seconds, compared to minutes slaving over the box grater), tomatoes pureed to perfection for my chili and sauces, pesto made in huge batches when the summer produces loads of basil... I could go on and on -- best yet, all parts are dishwasher-safe! I would not be without my processor!!!"

"This high powered stable machine is a real help when needing to chop or shred more than just one piece. The high torque motor is much more powerful than the last processor we bought. It is best to stick with the top brands here. Standard blades are very sharp - Motor is quiet and makes short work of slicing and dicing. Great for Cole Slaw!!"

"The Cuisinart processor is the most used appliance in my kitchen. It's main use is to make bread, all kinds of bread, from cinammon rolls to whole wheat bread. The bread is high quality and only takes a few minutes to mix and knead. Its speed is why it is my appliance of choice to make bread as well as salsa, cookies, pies, and cheeseball. Of course, the slicing and shredding is an added bonus.
My family eats healthier because of the capabilities of this one appliance. I purchased my first Cuisinart 15 years ago and have just purchased a replacement. I have purchased one for my three daughters and it is also their right hand in the kitchen. We love our Cuisinarts!"
