Perfect for trimming celery or rhubarb, peeling citrus
fruits, slicing mushrooms and radishes or halving cherry
tomatoes, this 3" knife has an impeccably sharp
serrated edge. Classic cutlery features
precision-forged blades of Wusthof's own
high-carbon, stain-resistant steel alloy, for a lasting
edge that is easy to resharpen. Buffed by hand for a
comfortable grip, the handle is a virtually
indestructible composite triple-riveted to the full tang
for optimum strength and balance. Dishwasher safe, but
hand-washing is recommended. Made in Solingen, Germany.

purchased this litte knife for me to use. It performs very well, it's easy to use. I have several small knives, but none like this.
I think everybody should ha small knives like this.There are lots of uses for it.

This was my second purchase of the same knife. My first one mysteriously disappeared and I quickly realized how much I missed it and rely on it. This is the single best tool I've found for overall vegetable prep in the kitchen. It's also extremely useful in trimming meats and other detail work. The edge remains sharp after years of use so I have no problem justifying the cost.
