My old roaster needed to be thrown out and our friends gave us the Chefs catalog. Being female and loving "bling", I fell in love with the All-Clad Stainless-Steel Roaster. It was a dream to cook with and clean up was a snap. The turkey tasted better, too!!!

Can't beat the consistent cooking properties of the stainless steel roaster. The pan is large enough to cook a large roast and all of the veggies without having to transfer the meat to add the veggies. Clean up was a snap.

This roaster is by far the best longterm kitchen tool investment I have ever made. After last years aluminum foil tin roaster collapsed while taking the bird out of the oven, I decided this was the year for the splurge! This roasting pan is perfect in every way. I am so pleased with my purchase!

After another holiday season, I remember with thanks when we first got our All-Clad Roaster Set. Every Thanksgiving and Christmas turkey since then have come out GREAT and so easy to handle with the lifters, no matter how big! Wonderful item.

first use was Christmas tonite at "the mom's", she alway's made do with with what she had, and this roaster was a step up for her in quality. the bird was PERFECT! i can always tell when the gift is "just right" for her, as she so loves cooking!

I got my new roaster in time to roast the Thanksgiving turkey, perhaps because I could now partially roast with the breast down it was the moistest turkey ever. The roaster is heavy but easy to handle and was easy to clean. I'll be finding more ways to use my beautiful new roaster.

While the hand-me-down roaster I'd been using for years, which possibly dated from the 1940s or 50s, had some merits, my new All Clad one blew me away with its heft, even temperature, and spectacular results. The best Thanksgiving turkey I've ever done, and I credit the roaster, and perhaps the roasting cradle that comes with it. Just keep in mind that this looks to be a roaster to last a lifetime, so if you think you might switch to induction, it won't work on an induction stovetop for things like gravy preparation.

We had a 22 pound Butterball turkey. About 3 hours in, my entire oven was coated in splatters. Plus drippings were bubbling up from the bottom of the roasting pan to the bottom of the oven. We had smoke and flare ups. My husband took the turkey out and wiped the hot oven down the best he could. The finished turkey was very good however very little drippings for gravy. This was an important holiday with new guests. Waahh! Next time we thought we might try a smaller turkey next plus a different brand of turkey. Holding on to the old roaster for now. I saw only excellent reviews for this item so I am not sure what went wrong.

I bought this pan and returned it as the center of the pan is raised from the edges. That makes it almost impossible to make a roux after roasting. It also makes it difficult to use the pan for browning before roasting.

what a wonderful sized roaster with the right equipment to go with it means that the largest roasts, turkeys, etc will be quite manageable to prepare and do so with ease. I will use this for so many different things. It is just a beautiful piece or cookware beside being incredibly functional.

This roaster is just the best! I read some of the reviews that said it wasn't that great but I think they are referring to a cheaper one made by All-Clad that sells for less than $200. I haven't had it too long so I have only cooked one turkey in it and one spiral ham. Both were excellent. One of the best things is the clean up of the roaster. It was so much easier than the old one I had with a non-stick coating that was coming off. I am so happy that I now have this and will be able to use it for many years to come for our family gatherings. No more worries about what to cook the big bird in from now on!

I firmly believe In All Clad. This roaster produces a perfect bird every time thanks to the bright finish. It has its own lifter and the wonderful turning forks. Another big plus is, it is easy to clean. I have had one for years. My daughter noticed my turkey on Thanksgiving and asked for her own All Clad roaster.

This is my 4th All Clad pan. Am just delighted with it - good size for plump bird or a large roast. As it is wide, vegetables can be cooked along with the roast.
Just lifting pan gives confidence that this is excellent quality and construction. And it is so easy to clean.
The rack was rated the best by Cooks Magazine since its handles are placed on the sides, not the ends. It makes it easier to lift out.
I chose this roaster for myself for Christmas as it makes cooking a pleasure and I am sure it will do well.

Nice, large, heavy pan with easy to grasp handles. I almost felt bad roasting a turkey that only weighed 13 lbs. since there was still plenty of room in the pan. The rack is sturdy and easy to clean, and the lifters are well constructed to last. If you have a bad back, though, you will need help lifting this pan and it's load out of the oven. But it's worth it.

This was wonderful for my Thanksgiving turkey. A present to myself! Cleanup was easy, and I know I'll enjoy this for years to come.
It would be wondeful if it also came with a lid, which would make it more versatile.
It is VERY heavy, so be prepared to use your muscles when it is weighed down by a turkey or other roast.
