"For years I used an inexpensive, old fashioned roasting pan believing that it did not make a difference. This year, I bought a new All Clad roasting pan and what a difference it made. It was easy to use - to lift and take out of the oven. Getting the turkey out of the pan was a breeze. My turkey was perfect and I was able to make perfect gravy right in the roasting pan and unlike my old pan, it cleaned up easily and beautifully."

Easy From Start to Finish

"This pan does it all, and cleans up nicely. As with all All-Clad products, quality is a standard feature. Last week I used it for baking a dry aged prime rib. After the meat was done, the rack was taken out and the pan was used on the stovetop to make ajus with the drippings. Not only did it work perfectly, but it was a breeze to clean up! Great for turkey, pork roasts and for chicken too. The lifters handle the weight of the turkey well, and again the pan can be used on the stovetop with the drippings to make gravy. I have used this pan for every roast imaginable, and it has exceeded my expectations in every case for ease of use and cleaning. This is a must have pan for Thanksgiving!"
