Best Knives
August 21, 2008 shecooksintxfrom Texas
"I've been using my Wusthof Classic (white-handled) knives for about 30 years. The only knives that have needed replacing in all these years is are the paring knives. I keep them sharp using an old Chef's Choice electric sharpening system. There is no discernible wear on the knives after all these years.
Wusthof knives spoil you for any other knives."

The right tool for the right job
November 9, 2007 Alexandrafrom West Orange, NJ
"I recently purchased the 8" Wusthof Classic Chef's Knife and am quite pleased with it. The size is perfect for my hand and so is the weight. The blade is so sharp that it cuts through the toughest products like butter. I am slowly replacing all knives in my kit with Wusthof knives, they are definitely the best tools for the job and well worth the investment."

great knife
September 22, 2008 Blighfrom State College, PA
"I've recently picked up an 8" chef's from the black-handled Wusthof Classic line. I've previously been using a 10" chef's from the Henckel's 4-star line at work & was looking for a slightly smaller knife that better fit my home cutting board & counter top situation. I had considered the Grand Prix II line (having borrowed an 8" from another guy in the kitchen once), but settled on this. I am very pleased with this purchase. The knife feels great in hand, very nicely balanced and with an easy-to-maintain blade. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great knife to start out with."

Best knives

"I work in a kitchen and do a lot of cooking on my own time, so after looking at various knives I choose Wusthof Classic. I got an 8in chefs knife first and have never been disappointed. It has good weight, cuts well, stays sharp for a long time, and sharpens easily on a steal. I have since bought other Wusthof knives and love them all. I would highly recommend Wusthof to anyone looking for high end, quality cutlery."

My first Knife
March 20, 2008 sst301from Bedford, MA
"I bought the 6" Wusthof Classic as a gift to myself after a friend let me try out her Wustof, it was love at first slice. I had been looking for a knife that fit my hand well and had a good balance. This is my favorite knife in my tool kit and I am going to replace all of my work and home knives with Wustofs."

Excellent Knives
October 5, 2007 MissBreakfastfrom Bonaire,Ga
"I made the decision to purchase good knives for use in my home after years of mediocre products and chose Wusthoff Classic . I tried several other well known brands - However, I find the Wusthoff to stand alone in performance. I have been extremely satisfied with them and sometimes will plan meals around items that require lots of knife time just so I can enjoy them even more. Treat yourself to this wonderful product - it is well worth it."
