"It's fast without wearing out your wrist so you can really crank out the fresh-cracked pepper for recipes. I give one as bridal shower and wedding gifts. Men especially love it and are usually the ones to write the thank you notes! And, the patina from use is lovely."

"I've had this pepper mill for 6 years. It's not only beautiful to look at but also functions flawlessly. My only regret is that I puchased silver and then later purchased the matching salt mill in brass. I wish the colors were reversed.... keep it in mind if you think you may want the salt mill later."
