All-Clad LTD Nonstick Fry Pans : The compact
8" pan is great for scrambled eggs for two, or for
individual servings when everyone in the family is
eating on a different schedule. The medium-sized
10" pan is great for pan-frying up to three burgers
or making an omelet for two. The large 12" pan is
ideal for family-size portions of meats or side dishes
such as stir-fried broccoli rabe or pan-fried potatoes;
also great for sauteing eggplant or zucchini. Sloped
sides make it easy to slip a spatula beneath foods for
lifting and turning. One reason we love the nonstick
surface is that you just wipe clean and you're
ready to cook again. The dramatic contrast of a matte
black hard-anodized aluminum exterior and gleaming 18/10
stainless steel handle and rivets makes All-Clad LTD
Nonstick look as great as it cooks. A layer of pure
aluminum is sandwiched between the anodized exterior and
the bonded nonstick cooking surface to ensure both fast,
even heating and effortless cleanup. The smooth exterior
won't scratch, chip, or peel. Handles and rivets
are polished stainless steel, and the stick handle stays
cool during normal stovetop use. Oven safe to 400 F.

"This pan is wonderful, I use it almost exclusively for eggs and what a job it does. The weight is just right, it heats evenly and retains the heat well and the non-stick surface is second to none, and if that weren't enough clean up is a breeze."

"I have an 8" All-Clad non-stick fry pan and i love it. The heft is good, it's not too heavy. It heats and retains heat well. The non-stick finish is tough, I've used forks in it (though I do not recommend it). It's a great size for cooking for two."

"Got a set when I moved to a home with a ceramic cooktop and couldn't use my old pans (copper and bare aluminum not recommended, anodized aluminum is ok). These All-Clad LTD pans perform very well. They conduct heat evenly and are easy to clean. As with any good cookware it is recommended to wash by hand. Non-stick surface makes this pan easy to clean and it is my favorite pan for cooking anything from fajitas to omelettes. The outer anodized surface can scratch if the pans are stacked so I bought a rack to keep the surface looking like new."
