I bought this because my family loves beef jerky, and I needed a better meat slicer to cut the raw meat., but this product surpaces my expectation. It does every thing I want. Is easy to handle, easy to clean, and reassemble. Plus I've used it more than just for slicing the raw beef. We had a large crowd at Christmas and it took me no time to cut the ham and assemble a gorgeous platter. I can't say enough nice things about this slicer.

I purchased this slicer primarily for home use, but its first test was for a church dinner. We cooked eight beef roasts, 5 to 6 pounds each, and used the slicer to slice them all. I was a little worried that using it continuously for that long might overwork it, but it performed beautifully. I sliced all eight roasts in less than 30 minutes. It would have taken much longer with an electric knife or carving knife, and the slices wouldn't have been as thin or as uniform as with the slicer. This product is well worth the price, and I highly recommend it.

Excellent machine that is easy to use. Very versatile. We have found that in addition to slicing meat it is also great for slicing veggies. Cleanup is easy. We used our first one for almost ten years before it wore out. We look forward to similar service from our new one.

It does a good job , after a few years many roast sliced it fail. This can not be repaired . I did not abuse this tool . You would think it could repaired . A screw stripped in a plastic gear . For this money should hold up longer .Only did Beef roast

With the optional non-serated blade it slices paper thin and did a beautiful job on both beef and ham. It5's also easy to clean and to use.

We purchased this meat slicer because we do a lot of BBQing and it's hard to cut the briskets, sausages, etc thin enough by hand. We put the meat in the refrigerator to get it cold and it sliced perfectly in a record amount of time & effort. We then cut some summer sausages and some bread. Probably one of the best purchases ever. And it was very east to disassemble & clean. I hope that the motor holds up for many, many years & BBQs!

This slicer was actually bought for a relative who admired mine...the model I have is slightly different. It cuts even slices and it's easy to operate and clean.

This is an outstanding machine. I have never used a food slicer and was able to get excellent results the first time. The machine is easy to handle, easy to operate and easy to clean. I have now sliced several hams and turkeys and have absolutely nothing negative to say about this machine. It is a great buy.

This slicing machine is indispensible. Briskets and Turkey breasts taste better and are more tender when professionaly sliced. I also use it to slice vegetables. Everything cooks evenly because of the uniformity of the slices. Its far better than a food processor because you can cut large items with ease and adjust the size of the slice. This product will give your meals that professional edge. I love it.
