Kitchen Must Have
November 16, 2007 SLCJennfrom Salt Lake City, UT
"Love it!. Heavy enough to flatten uneven electric range surfaces and heavy lid ensures tight seal, perfect for trapping in moisture in braised meats, big batches of reducing marinaras, curries, etc. And to top it off, it's gorgeous, too. Highly recommended, every kitchen needs a Le Creuset."

Favorite pot ever!
June 2, 2008 Frecklesfrom Bear, DE
"I absolutely love this pot. I purchased it in red this past fall and use it every chance I get. Each dish turns out excellent every time. It is so pretty that I can't bear to put it away in a cabinet so I leave it out on display. I purchased the 7 1/4-quart round French oven because I read that if you only buy one you should get this size because it handles the most types of dishes. I have been married 36 years and have cooked with lots of pots but this by far is the very best. Don't worry about the cost - you are worth it!"

Great pots- they last forever!
May 19, 2008 elissefrom Landgraff, WV
"We have two of these in different sizes, and they have lasted- and look almost new- for 19 years so far! They are literally good for almost everything- and nothing sticks. Expensive, but they are great pots!"

Love Creuset!
November 30, 2007 GalleySlavefrom Monroe Twp, NJ
"These are the best! I have "others" that don't perform anywhere near Creuset. This one is the perfect size for large batches of chili, stew, soup. It doesn't get put away in the fall & winter - goes from wash up right back to use! Every cook should own at least 1 of these! The quality justifies the price! And it'll be around a LOOOONG time!"

Le Creuset
November 9, 2007 LoveOfCookingfrom Miami, FL
"I truly love my Le Creuset pot but I do have one issue with it. When food gets stuck it is very difficult to clean. After trying several things I discovered the best product to clean these pots. It is Bartenders Friend and it cleans the inside and outside of the pot beautifully and without scratching the enamel. Now I can truly say, I Love My Le Creuset Pot."

Need at least one
October 5, 2007 Korifrom Vancouver, WA
"Every Chef/cook needs at least one dutch oven of this calibre. Le Creuset is an excellent product and I use mine at least once a week. I own several but reach for this one for soups almost every time and it is also the one I use for a slow roasted pot roast. It's heavy, but will last a lifetime and beyond."
