Coolest Cookware Ever January 8, 2009
ProfJerry from Ft. Worth, Texas

Pros: cast iron base
Cons: if only the base was a bit deeper

"Sear, braise, and broil all in one pot. Cooler looking and more versatile than any crock pot with all the advantages of cooking in a cast iron skillet. I leave mine on the stovetop all the time, it is like artwork in my kitchen. If only you could cook something with a lavalamp. And, it is from Le Creuset."

This Tagine is Awesome September 22, 2008
MarvinaP from Colorado Springs

"We've used our tagine to braise pork dishes and chicken dishes, and the meat is exceptionally tender. The tagine seems to infuse the spices into the meat and veggies in a way that's hard to achieve in other cooking vessles. I would definitely recommend getting one of these. If they sold larger sized tagines I would recommend getting one if you need to feed more than 4 adults. The only drawback is that the tagine only holds enough for about 4 adult servings."

Perfect Gift! October 19, 2007
derekjmd from Washington, DC

"I recieved this as a gift last Christmas and I was very excited when I got it. If you like slow cookers you will defiantly love this. You just throw your meat, veggies, and sauce in and put it on low heat and in a couple hours you will have a great dish paired with some rice or couscous. This is a great gift to give to that cook that has "everything"!"
