All-Clad Cop-R-Chef Fry Pan 8-in. : This
compact 8" pan is great for scrambled eggs for two,
or for individual servings when everyone in the family
is eating on a different schedule (one reason we love
the nonstick surface just wipe clean and you're
ready to cook again). Sloped sides make it easy to slip
a spatula beneath foods for lifting and turning.

The extra-thick copper exterior, a core of pure aluminum
(across the bottom and all the way up the sides) and the
cooking surface of 18/10 stainless steel are permanently

the nonreactive, stick-resistant benefits of stainless
steel. Handles are cast stainless steel with
noncorrosive stainless steel rivets for optimum
