copper exterior, a core of pure aluminum (across the
bottom and all the way up the sides) and the cooking
surface of 18/10 stainless steel are permanently bonded,
so you get the beauty and responsiveness of copper, the
superior heat conductivity of aluminum, and the
nonreactive, stick-resistant benefits of stainless
steel. Handles are cast stainless steel with
noncorrosive stainless steel rivets for optimum
