All-Clad Cop-R-Chef Saute Pan

All-Clad Cop-R-Chef Saute Pan : With straight sides to keep food from sliding out and prevent spattering, and a perfectly flat bottom to slide easily across a burner, the classic saute pan is designed for shaking and tossing food as it cooks. However, it also can be used for frying or braising. Excellent for cooking Italian sausage and peppers or rice pilaf. The 3-quart size is ideal for three to four servings. The 4-quart size easily handles up to six servings. The 6-quart size is the one you want for entertaining, with the capacity for up to a dozen servings. The pan's helper handle makes it easier to lift when full. All-Clad Cop-R-Chef cookware combines the warm glow of copper with the durability of a stainless steel interior, so you never have to worry about retinning. The extra-thick copper exterior, a core of pure aluminum (across the bottom and all the way up the sides) and the cooking surface of 18/10 stainless steel are permanently bonded, so you get responsiveness, superior heat conductivity, and a nonreactive, stick-resistant cooking surface. Handles are cast stainless steel with noncorrosive stainless steel rivets for optimum durability. Oven safe to 500 F. Hand-wash. Made in the USA.

"One of the most beautiful pans I've ever owned and it is also the most durable. From stove top to table top you can present any dish in this pan and it will be an elegant addition to your table. Easy to clean and care for, a rarity in copper, this pan heats evenly and is a joy to use. Perfect for a special occasion gift or as an addition to the kitchen of that cooking enthusiast who seems to already have everything !"
