I was looking for a grill pan to cover 2 burners on my new gas cooktop -- because my skillet never seems big enough, and because I wanted to be able to grill fish. This was the perfect find! Heat distributes evenly using only one burner, and clean-up was incredibly easy. ...and it is't too heavy to pick up like some of the others. It pays to read the reviews before making a purchase - this grill pan had stellar reviews!

When I'm in the Kitchen, I become: Crowd Pleaser
The first thing I did was grill hot dogs. They were great, nice and juicy inside and crusted outside the way my children like it. Then I promoted myself to jerk chicken wings and I burned them some kind of awful. We were all choking from the smoke and the dog was barking. So I had to regroup and think about what I did wrong so my next venture was to grill fish. This time I kept my fire low and allowed my grill time to heat up. There was no smoke all over the place and the fish came out so nice. I got my grill on friday and have not used my pots and pan for dinner since then and I am loving it. Just grilling everything and once I have perfected it I will train my son how to use it so he don't fry anymore. Thanks Shika

Love the grill...it is so quick and easy to use and clean up. I will enjoy it and keep my husband healthy for spme time to come.

I've owned lots of non-stick products.. but nothing compares to the Durability and product performance as what Scan Pan delivers... This Grill has no hots spots.. just great consistant heat distribution and an unmatched non-stick performance... and clean is a cinch.... a must have for those who enjoy grilling indoors or out..... on electric or gas...... a star in my kitchen....
