Best Roasting Pan Ever October 19, 2007

"Over the years I've used many different types of roasting pans, but I never really knew what I was missing until I purchased a Scanpan Classic Roasting Pan. Everything I've made so far in it has come out perfectly....evenly cooked through, browned and crusty around the edges, easy to cleanup afterwards.
I only use a wet sponge to remove what looks to be burnt on foods....no soaking or hard scrubbing ever. I've made roasted meats, poultry, whole fish, vegetables, Greek Moussaka, lasagna, and many other foods in this incredible pan. I even use it stove-top to brown large quantities of meats and chicken. I plan to purchase more Scanpan in the future."

"I have used my large Scanpan Roasting Pan for the past 6 months and find it is truly the best! From sausage and peppers to large roasts it browns beautifully and clean up is a snap. I have used many other products that are self cleaning, but find the Scanpan Roasting Pan to be far superior and highly recommend this first class product. I will be shopping for more Scanpan products for my holiday wish list! Happy cooking"
