What a great dish. Easy clean up, and such pretty colors. I've bought 6 different pieces of Le Creuset Stoneware in different colors. I have them displayed on a triangle corner chrome tower . WoW!!! Not only looks great, but it's a great piece of stoneware.

Le Creuset makes great stoneware and this size is just what I was looking for in a baker. I discovered I can also use it as roaster -- and have cooked an 8 lb chicken and a family sized lasagna -- the sides are high enough to fit in quite a bit. Additionally I love the way it is so easy to clean. I own other Le Creuset products and find them all to be strong and durable.

This dish functions beautifully - is easy to clean and it is so attractive that there is no hesitation to go from oven to table. The selection of colors is excellent. The hardest part of the purchase was deciding on a color. I ended up with dijon - it is lovely.

Cleans up beautifully! Looks good, feels good. Deep enough for 3 layers of veggie lasagna. Only thing: since it is microwaveable and freezer-to-oven safe, it must be all ceramic. Thus, it's not really a true Le Crueset enameled cast-iron pan. I was not aware of this fact when I bought it. I would have preferred to have a pan made with the cast iron, and I would've gladly traded in the microwavability for that durability.

Not only does this pan look beautiful, but it's a breeze to clean up! My husband over-cooked some pork chops in a dark sauce and I was afraid the pan would never come clean, but I just soaked it for about 15 minutes and it came perfectly clean with a minimum of elbow grease. I love it!

This dish bakes, serves and cleans up beautifully. I now own all three sizes of this pan in black thanks to Chefs. I've not tried freezing in it but will have no qualms to do so based on the performance of these must-have dishes. Plus they are so good looking, they sit out on my counter longer than they should before I actually put them away.
