Broken with medium use February 1, 2008
messycook from Los Angeles

"its been "ok" for a couple years but just struggles to make smoothies with ice and frozen strawberries. (plenty of liquid too) It just seemed to struggle under load and the mechanism on the motor that drives the blender blades just stripped off. The thing seemed cheap to me. i need to buy another one now"

"!) I found the cover difficult to remove & reinsert even after multiple uses.
2) Applying the jar to the base is somewhat clumsy.
3) The blade attachment cracked & leaked.
4) This is a blender for someone with strong hands and arms."
