All-Clad LTD Nonstick Square Grill Pan : Get
the lower-fat benefits of grilling year-round with this
heavy-duty 11" square pan. The ridged cooking
surface imparts characteristic grill marks and elevates
foods so fats drain to the bottom, for healthy,
flavorful meats, fish, poultry, and vegetables.
All-Clad LTD Nonstick cookware is made of anodized
aluminum with a permanently bonded dual-layer nonstick
interior for effortless food release and cleanup. A core
of pure aluminum is sandwiched in the base and extends
all the way up the sides for superior heat conductivity
with no hot spots. Stick handle is secured with
noncorrosive stainless steel rivets and stays cool
during normal stovetop use. Oven safe to 400 F.
