All-Clad Cop-R-Chef Sauce Pan : With deep,
straight sides and a perfectly flat bottom, this pan is
cookware's multipurpose workhorse for everything
from boiling eggs and heating soup to cooking cereals
and vegetables or the namesake function making sauces.
The helper handle makes lifting and pouring easier. The
3-quart is 20"W x 8"D x 4"H with an
8"Dia. interior. The 4-quart is 20"W x
8"D x 5"H with an 8"Dia. interior.

The extra-thick copper exterior, a core of pure aluminum
(across the bottom and all the way up the sides) and the
cooking surface of 18/10 stainless steel are permanently
bonded, so you get the beauty and responsiveness of
copper, the superior heat conductivity of aluminum, and
the nonreactive, stick-resistant benefits of stainless
steel. Handles are cast stainless steel with
noncorrosive stainless steel rivets for optimum
durability. Oven safe to 500 F. Hand-wash using copper
