Good quality non-stick pan for the money

The build quality is very good, and the handle stays cool to the touch. I'm breaking in this pan so I haven't gone beyond med-high on gas stove. The nonstick surface looks tough enough to stand up to punishment as well. The only down side I would say is a popping sound as the pan is heating up. I have a lot of cookware and have never encountered this before, so I can't say this is a negative. I'm hoping this will go away after a break-in period. Other than this quirk, a fine pan for the money.
Pros: Value for Money
Cons: Noise

I love the quality of these pans. The nonstick interior is just what it says, and it cooks evenly and quickly. I have this pan in several sizes and use them frequently. The one thing I would like to have with it is a lid.

Cuisinart Stainless Non-Stick Fry Pans
PostedJune 7, 2010

This is the second time I have purchased Cuisinart non-stick fry pans from Chef's. I loved the first ones, which lasted three years with daily use before the interiors were worn. These, however, are far less weighty (much thinner quality). Also, there seems to be a dome in the center of the pan. Oil drains to the edges instead of coating the bottom evenly. The stainless steel exteriors turned brown the first time I used them (propane stove) and I had to use steel wool to get them clean. Non-stock interiors became tacky after 2-3 uses. I do like the straighter sides of these, but wouldn't buy them again.
Pros: capacity, size
Cons: Construction, Difficult to Clean/Wash, Performance, Quality, Warped

All the features of this product stands up to it's statement. I am very happy with my decision in the purchase of this pan and I would advise all my friends to do the same. It's a great tool for cooking and the design of it adds to the apperance of the kitchen. I quote "I LOVE IT " Thank-You Ronnie

warning, this pan cannot take high heat and does not last in the dishwasher. Also cooks unevenly. It has rusted within a year and I am going back to the all-clad stainless. At least it was inexpensive, unlike my all-clad non-stick that also rusted.
Pros: size, Value for Money
Cons: Performance, Quality, Uneven cooking, not dishwasher safe

Coating works great, but pan makes popping noise when put on heat. Noises stops after pan reaches temp, but thought it was odd. My other nonstick pans don't do this.

This a workhorse pan. It is terrific for everything from eggs to searing meats. It cleans easily even after too much heat. The coating does not peel or scratch. I've used it everyday for 1 year and it looks and cooks like new.

12-inch pan is Indispensible

If I could have only one pan in my kitchen, this would be it. There's always plenty of room to saute and stir, and even though it's nonstick, it browns foods well. I did buy a universal lid to use with it when I make pan-seared pork tenderloin.
