From Breakfast to Bedtime

"We start by cooking our eggs in this skillet in the morning. On weekends, we tackle grilled cheese sandwiches for hungry kids at lunch. Later, we saute chicken for dinner or "pan roast" vegetables. Clean-up is quick and easy, and it's great to have cast iron capability without having to season the skillet after a vigorous cooking session."

I love this skillet!

"I recently purchased this pan, since I sometimes needed to use 2 large skillets. My mom always cooked in iron pans, and I always liked the way food cooked in them. After I began using it, I found I prefer using it to my stainless steel pan . Food browns beautifully, doesn't stick it, and clean up is a breeze. I just wash it with a non scratch scrub sponge, and it is just as nice as the day I bought it. The enamel on the outside makes it very attractive. And I really loved that I didn't need to season it befoer I used it. As an added bonus, I always had higher blood counts when my mom used her iron frying pans, so I expect to have healthier blood, soon, too"

"I bought this 11.75-inch skillet to replace an older Le Creuset skillet and am so happy that I made the purchase. Ours is definitely a Le Creuset household, and the upgraded skillet is the latest and greatest addition to our inventory. The non-reactive enameled interior of this skillet is much superior to that of my older Le Creuset non-stick pan. The large size is perfect for cooking for our largish family. The helper handle provides the means to manipulate this hefty pan. If I had the space and the means, I would get one in every shape, but since I don't, this one is large enough to be very versatile. The skillet is also durable and attractive. It has been well worth the investment."

"I have several Le Creuset items -- two oval dutch ovens, two round and a baking dish. This skillet is my latest addition. I bought this large size and it is perfect. Goes from stove top to oven to table top! It is so attractive that I like to serve in it. So easy to clean (I hand wash)."
