"Easy to use, easy to clean and flexible usability. I was skeptical at first, but I'm so glad I bought this handy kitchen tool. So far I have used it for tomato sauce, with tomatoes from the garden. The blades allow for ultra smooth sauces, or sauce with a little graininess, depending on my mood. I can't wait to use it for many more recipes!"
