I really like the new cheese slicer we purchased from you. It's sturdy yet lightweight and easy to wash.
The blade slices through the thickest block of cheese and makes a clean precise cut in any thickness you choose.

I love this! It won't break or yield wavy slices as do wire types that get flimsy and break with age. This is easy to use, easy to clean with no worry of rust, and stores easily as the blade is placed below surface when not in use. I wish I had bought it long ago!

The cheese slicer pictured above which I had originally purchased for myself was admired by my house guests recently so that I decided to make them a present of it, and they were delighted as well. I also presented it as a wedding gift and the couple could not rave enough about this unusual, clever and easy to use cutter. My household would not be the same without it!

This morning I used it for the first time to slice 3 year old white cheddar. It slid on the counter because there are no rubber "feet" to keep it from scratching the surface used. The cutting was a mess, uneven in every way - no slices at all.
Pros: durability
Cons: Quality, Not as described, Construction, Performance

The title sums it up.
I've tried cutting Jalsberg, pepper jack, and cheddar and the blade insists on bending to the outside, leaving a thin wedge of about half the height of the block that I'm trying to cut. The blade sticks to the cheese, tearing it as it goes.
Very disappointing.
Pros: Appearance/ Design /Style
Cons: Construction, Performance, does not cut cheese well

The item has been returned. Very dissatisfied. The cutter blade does not slice the cheese smooth and even. Have since purchased a wire type cheese slicer. Much better product.

I absolutely love this cheese slicer!
The slicer is very sturdy and slices all the cheeses that I love - even the hardest, hoop cheese!
I would highly recommend this product to everyone who loves cheese!! When, and IF, this slicer wears out, I will definitely purchase another one just like it!
Keep the great products coming!!!

The product did not operate at all. The cutting blade did not align with the slot in the base.
Although well constructed, design is poor.
Returned for a wire type cutter.

I had to cube some cheese really fast. This slicer did the job. I'll have to learn how to use it better for really squared off cubes, but it was a life-saver and so easy to use.

This has to be the worst cheese slicer ever! I bought this to replace the marble model with wire for cutting. The only reason I replaced the one I had was because the wire broke (the original wire lasted more than 10 years) and I couldn't get the replacement wire tight enough. I can't believe the other rave reviews. I couldn't slice through havarti at all. The entire block of cheese kept sliding and I coudln't get an even slice. This is so bad, I am looking into returning it.

We had purchased this item a few years ago and loved it. We accidently left it at a hotel this past summer and were very upset. We tried other similar cheese cutters, but finally broke down and purchased this one again. We can't live without it.

The slicer would not cut extra sharp cheese and certain soft ones. The construction was good, but since it didn't accomplish the purposes I had intended, I returned it . Which, thanks to a good return policy was hassle free.

I was attracted by the stainless steel construction but the cutting is done by a blade rather than a wire. This creates a very uneven, jagged surface. And it drops bits of cheese on the counter underneath it as the blade goes all the way through the cutting surface. The cheese looks very unattractive and breaks up. A slicer with a wire is the only way to go...
Cons: Difficult to use, Construction, Performance, cuts poorly

The unit is easy to clean and store but the blade is too weak. It came with an extra blade which is great but it doesn't cut all cheese properly. It twists! The unit is easy to store, too.

I took this out of the box with great expectations. Unfortunately that lasted about 10 minutes...until I tried it out. It was impossible to get a complete slice from a loaf of colby/jack cheese. My husband even tried it with exactly the same results. It arrived less than an hour ago and is already packaged up and ready to return. I am surprised that this product even made it into your inventory.

Best use is cutting that soft cheese since the slicer does not push it down like others. A knife is always such a pain.
